John Thompson

Co-Founder & Partner

John Thompson brings more than two decades of enterprise technology sales and leadership experience, helping large organizations modernize and move mission-critical systems to the cloud. He has led regional sales teams and built long-term partnerships across cloud, hosting and managed services. At Melius, John brings that systems and partnership experience to building modern, technology-driven wellness brands. He holds a BS in Business Administration from LeTourneau University.

Mark Lee

Co-Founder & Partner

Mark Lee is a global business and transformation leader with over twenty years of experience in commercial growth, P&L leadership and operations across technology, consumer products, print and packaging, and education. He has led teams on six continents, including senior roles at Fuji Xerox, Canon and OfficeMax in New Zealand, and he co-founded Enabl. At Melius, Mark leads commercial strategy, from telehealth workflows and patient experience to financial modeling and partner evaluation. He completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program and holds a B.Com from the University of Cape Town.
