Who is Melius Consulting for?

Is Melius a law firm or a medical provider?
No. Melius Consulting provides business and operational advisory. We do not give legal, tax or medical advice, and we do not deliver patient care. We work alongside your attorneys, accountants and licensed clinicians.
Can you set up an MSO/PC structure for us?
We help you design the operating model: which functions sit in the MSO, which stay with the physician-owned practice, and how workflows and systems respect that line. The legal formation and agreements should be handled by qualified healthcare counsel.
Do you recommend specific EMRs or pharmacies?
We help you define requirements and compare options against them, so the choice fits your model. The decision is always yours.
Can you help an existing brand, not just a new one?
Yes. Many structures grow up quickly without a plan. We can look at how your operations, systems and partners work today, suggest practical operating improvements, and flag questions to take to your counsel.
How does an engagement work?
